# Get an order

> Fetch one ScripX order by id to read its current status through matching and settlement.

One order, current state. Requires the `orders:read` scope. This is the authoritative read your [webhook](/webhooks) events hint at.

### Errors

* `404 not_found`, no such order on your desk. Tenant isolation means another firm's order id is a 404, not a 403.
